Microwave:
In a glass measuring cup or a small mug, heat ½ cup of 2% milk on high for 1 minute. Whisk in 3 to 5 Tbs. (to taste) of chocolate with a small whisk or spoon. Heat for an additional 30 seconds. Pour into 2 demitasse cups or 1 chocolate cup.
On The Stove:
Heat ½ cup 2% milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Whisk in 3 to 5 Tbs. (to taste) of chocolate and pour into 2 demitasse cups or 1 chocolate cup.
