The essence of Woodhouse Chocolate is freshness and so we will do everything within our power to ensure that your confections arrive in perfect condition.
You must order a minimum of $20 in merchandise for EACH shipping address.
Woodhouse Chocolate will make every effort to ship all orders received before 12pm (noon) PST, the same day they are received.
While we will make said effort, we make no gurantee that any package will ship the same day that it is ordered.
We do not ship packages to be in transit over a weekend except at specific holidays.
That means that Ground, Home Delivery, Standard and Priority Overnight only ship Monday through Thursday. Locations in Southern California selecting Ground or Home Delivery will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. 2 day only ships Monday through Wednesday and 3 Day only ships on Monday and Tuesday.
It is possible that your order will be held for several days before shipment.
No orders will be shipped on Friday without special arrangement. Please call us at (800) 966-3468 if you require Saturday delivery.
Woodhouse Chocolate is happy to ship to residential addresses, but business addresses are always preferred.
Ground and Home Delivery are ONLY available to addresses within the State of California!
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship by Priority Overnight.
We do not ship our products outside of the United States.
We do not ship via USPS and cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
All orders are shipped in such a way as to help regulate temperature and preserve freshness. When necessary, but particularly to warmer climates, your order will ship with gel ice.
Woodhouse Chocolate cannot be responsible for heat damage to packages not shipped by an Overnight service.
Woodhouse Chocolate cannot be responsible for packages left outside after delivery.
Please open your package immediately upon delivery. Woodhouse Chocolate will not be held responsible for anything not reported to us within the first 72 hours after the package is listed as delivered by the shipping service. This includes packages sent as gifts.
Woodhouse Chocolate may contact you about changes to your shipping arrangements as necessary.
Woodhouse Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses. Please check the accuracy of the shipping adddress and include a company name, suite and/or apartment number if necessary. A correct phone number for the recipient is essential.

Woodhouse Chocolate will not be held responsible for delays in delivery time or date caused by the shipping company for any reason.
Woodhouse Chocolate ships all orders "no signature required" so that your package will not be delayed. We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
Shipping companies may of their own free will decide to require a signature for any package even though Woodhouse Chocolate has not asked for one. We are not responsible if this causes the delay or even eventual return of your package.
