CARAMEL HELENAS

Heaven is one way to describe this confection of chewy caramel between two buttery, almond crisps then coated in dark or milk chocolate and finally sprinkled with sea salt. Another way to describe, and in fact the way one of our chocolatiers describes their flavor, is evil. Evil as in you crave them day and night evil. They have been named in honor of the city in which they were invented. Four to a package: Dark, Milk or two of each.
