GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

The essence of Woodhouse Chocolate is freshness and so we will do everything within our power to ensure that your confections arrive in perfect condition.

• You must order a minimum of $20 in merchandise for EACH address.
• Woodhouse Chocolate will make every effort to ship all orders received before 2pm PST, Monday thru Thursday, the same day they are received. 2nd day air packages only ship Monday thru Wednesday.
• No orders will be shipped on Friday without special arrangement. Please call us at (800) 966-3468 if you require Saturday delivery.
• Woodhouse Chocolate is happy to ship to residential addresses, but business addresses are always preferred.
• We will ship by Overnight and 2nd Day in the Winter (Nov. – April) and only Overnight in the Summer (May – Oct.)
• Ground shipping is available to the following San Francisco Bay Area Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano and Sonoma.
• If you elect to ship by ground outside of these counties we will correct your shipping method and charge you the difference.
• All orders are shipped in a sturdy, polyfoam cooler to help regulate temperature.
• When necessary, but particularly during Summer months, your order will ship with gel ice in the cooler.
• Alaska and Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only ship by 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Woodhouse Chocolate will add $10 to the scheduled shipping price per package.
• We are unable to ship outside the United States, to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
• Woodhouse Chocolate may contact you about changes to your shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Woodhouse Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients and addresses.
• Shipping rates are charged per address and calculated using the following schedule.
• Woodhouse Chocolate is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
• Woodhouse Chocolate is not responsible if a package is delayed by the shipping company and does not arrive by its designated date.

RATE DEFINITIONS

Ground: Package is delivered by ground and may arrive at any time during the day.
2nd Day Air: Package will be delivered by the 2nd business day after shipment. Deliveries usually take place before noon to commercial destinations.
Next Day Air Saver: Package will be delivered the next business day after shipment. Deliveries usually take place in the afternoon, but can be delivered up to 7pm or later.
Next Day Air: Package will be delivered the next business day after shipment. Deliveries usually take place before noon to commercial destinations.
